This is a small tutorial of some photo retouching using the photoshop liquify tool.

 

This liquified image was put together to show what can be done with the Liquify Tool in Adobe Photoshop. I’d love to hear your comments on it, and if you have any suggestions for improvement or questions I haven’t explained thoroughly.
