Google 10 Years Ago

More things change the more they stay the same.

Who said that? Most likely if you don’t know who that quote is from, you run over to Google.com type it in get your answer. Well you probably just type it in your Google search bar in your browser. Because today Google surrounds us in so many ways.

I just had to take a minute to reflect on how much things have changed over the ten years since this screenshot was what you’d see when you visited Google.com. Yet if you visit Google.com today, it looks almost the same. Pure genious in its simplicity and yet today is a company that many of us webetreneurs base much of their work around today because search engine optimization is so vital to success.

What will we see in 2019? Who knows? If I was a betting man, one of the safer bets would be that Google will still have this multi-colored logo over a search bar and two buttons. One of which saying, “I’m feeling lucky”. Can’t wait to see what this year, and the next ten have in store, because I am “feeling lucky”.
